Location: In-office, Downtown Dallas

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced  Senior Paralegal to join our Downtown Dallas team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background supporting attorneys in  insurance defense and/or  personal injury defense matters, with the ability to manage cases efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all stages of litigation, from case intake through trial/supporting post-trial activities
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents including pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and correspondence
• Coordinate and manage  discovery tasks (requests/productions, responses, tracking, and filing)
• Prepare and organize case files, exhibit binders, deposition materials, and trial notebooks
• Handle document review and cite-checking to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support case management tasks such as deadlines, filings, and tracking status in the case management system
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third parties as needed
• Maintain strong organization and confidentiality of case information

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4years of paralegal experience (insurance defense or personal injury defense preferred)
• Demonstrated experience with  civil litigation support, including discovery and motion practice
• Strong drafting and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a timely manner
• Proficiency with legal document workflows and familiarity with common litigation tools 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting insurance defense/personal injury defense matters specifically
• Familiarity with deposition and trial preparation workflows
• Prior experience with e-filing and document management systems
