We also offer land development and brokerage services for our clients. Position Introduction The Real Estate Administrator 房地产助理 position will involve working with Chinese-speaking clients and vendors. This position will primarily consist of physically handling real estate documents, calling/emailing clients and vendors, working with our remote back office team, preparing and presenting progress reports to management in both English and Chinese, and presenting financial reports to clients in both English and Chinese. Required Availability Flexible 12–40 hours each week In-person only Skills Required Mandarin Chinese 讲中文 Microsoft Excel, Word, and Calendar Job Responsibilities Scheduling and coordinating meetings Presenting financial reports to clients in both English and Chinese Obtaining signatures from vendors and clients Scanning and filing real estate documents Filing documents in our SharePoint file system Assisting in planning and coordinating office projects Communicating effectively with clients, customers, managers, and team members to ensure project success Preparing and presenting progress reports to management in both English and Chinese Driving as needed to pick up mail, collect keys, or meet vendors Composing and reading documents in both English and Chinese Job Types: Part-time, Contract Ability to Commute: Saratoga, CA 95070 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Saratoga, CA 95070: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
