Visit us online at: POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Trauma Services, the Lead Clinical Research Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, execution, and documentation of research activities that involve statistical analysis, study design support, data management, and regulatory compliance. This position serves as a key operational link between investigators, research staff, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that research projects are conducted accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with approved protocols, institutional policies, and applicable regulations. The role is responsible for assisting with the collection, organization, cleaning, tracking, and reporting of research data, as well as supporting the biostatistical needs of ongoing studies through coordination, quality control, and effective communication. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. The Lead Clinical Research Coordinator must be able to manage multiple priorities, maintain organized records, support timelines for active studies, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. The role also requires familiarity with research processes, data integrity standards, and basic statistical concepts in order to support both routine and complex research activities. Qualifications EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED Bachelor’s Degree in public health, statistics, biostatistics, health sciences, biological sciences, or a related field is required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, depending on the needs of the department and organization.
