- Collaborate with team members as a reliable team player, actively participating in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts.
- Demonstrate initiative by identifying issues, suggesting improvements, and taking ownership of assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety procedures and production standards.
- Work in various areas of the facility, including outdoor and indoor spaces, as needed to support production demands.
- Follow company policies regarding tools, equipment, and safety gear, including the use of required steel-toe footwear.

- Ability to install sheet metal panels and doors according to work instructions and mechanical requirements.
- Comfort working in production environments and following detailed work instructions.
- Physical ability to stand for up to 12-hour days and perform repetitive tasks safely.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and initiative.
- Willingness to learn electrical tasks, including basic wiring and use of connectors, under guidance.

- Comfort working in diverse teams, including multilingual and Spanish-speaking environments.
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional 12-hour shifts as production needs require.
Why Work Here?
You will join a diverse, inclusive team that values collaboration, initiative, and continuous learning. The company supports your well-being with paid lunch, health benefits, and 48 hours of sick pay per year. Typical hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a 40–50 hour workweek and the possibility of 12-hour shifts depending on production demands. Steel-toe footwear is required, and the company provides an allowance for these when you become a direct employee.
