Ozarks Health Care · Patient Financial Services West Plains, MO Full Time, Days, 8-5 Responsibilities Under the supervision of a Patient Financial Services Manager, responsible for filing claims for one or more third-party payers. Duties include computer input, editing claims, filing and telephone communications with patients/family and payers. Follow-up on claims as required until the claim is paid or is changed to self‑pay status. Responsible and accountable to know and understand OZH’s vision, mission, values, and standards. Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced office with other team members in a professional setting. Qualifications Must have excellent typing skills with ability to type at least 40 wpm. Prefer two years billing experience but will train. High School Diploma or equivalent. #J-18808-Ljbffr
