Location: Athens, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Full-time Shift: 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Job Description: The Occupational Therapist will provide comprehensive therapy services within a facility focusing on outpatient adult and pediatric rehabilitation. The role involves evaluating patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to address musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, as well as developmental delays and other pediatric disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for patients.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions to improve patient functionality.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must hold a valid Tennessee Occupational Therapist license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, with a focus on both adult and pediatric populations.
