MEP Construction Project Manager (Mechanical)

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing complex HVAC, piping, plumbing, or other mechanical scopes. Responsibilities: Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and change orders. Lead project teams and coordinate owners, GCs, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Oversee project execution, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and profitability goals are met. Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project schedules. Track financial performance, forecasting, and cost control. Identify risks and proactively resolve project issues. Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships. Support commissioning, punch list, and final project turnover. Qualifications: 5+ years of mechanical construction experience. Proven experience managing large, complex projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, or mechanical systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
