Workforce Developer (WD) – JuniorCGS is seeking a skilled Workforce Developer (WD) – Junior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. Skills and attributes for success:Identify learning needs, coordinate training, track workforce skills, and support employee development through mentoring and upskilling initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.Qualifications: Minimum of up to 3 years of relevant experience.
