At Huey Magoo’s, we’re all about serving handcrafted chicken tenders while spreading happiness — and we’re looking for a strong leader to help make that happen every single day. We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and motivated Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead a team with positivity, accountability, and hustle.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift execution
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage scheduling, labor, and staffing needs
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Help drive sales growth and community involvement initiatives
- Ensure speed of service and operational goals are consistently met
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Passion for hospitality and creating a great guest experience
