We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Fiber Internet Sales Consultant to join our growing business. This role is directed toward entry-level candidates as well as experienced salespeople.

Sacramento and Reno/Carson City/Dayton identify our recruiting areas. The Nevada sales assignment is Dayton. Steve will discuss your specific neighborhoods and daily starting point.

This Job Entails

• Improve your sales skills through training and practical experience.
• Work independently in assigned residential neighborhoods, knocking on doors and speaking with customers in person.
• Meet consumers and business customers and discuss AT&T Fiber internet and cell phone service options.
• Conduct sales presentations, including residential door-to-door conversations.
• Explain AT&T Fiber internet and AT&T cell phone and plan options and help customers choose the right fit.
• Work Wednesday through Sunday.

Qualifications

• You must own a working, reliable vehicle.
• Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Qualified, ambitious entry-level candidates can develop their skills through training.

What Outside Sales And Door-To-Door Work Involve

Outside sales means meeting customers in person in your assigned work area. CFW’s Fiber Internet Sales Consultants sell AT&T Fiber internet and AT&T cell phones and plans through customer conversations, including residential door-to-door sales. You work independently in the field with online and in-person Owner training and ongoing manager support.

Prepare For Your Assignment

Confirm the current neighborhoods, meeting location and travel expectations with CFW. Plan around the Wednesday–Sunday schedule and your working, reliable vehicle. Ask about daily hours and expenses before accepting an assignment.

Meet Customers At Their Doors

Knock on residential doors and have conversations about internet service. Learn what the customer needs, explain available options and conduct sales presentations. This is customer-facing field work rather than a fully remote role.

Explain The Available Services

Verify the options available for the customer’s address and your current assignment. Help the customer understand the service choices and choose the right fit. Sacramento has assigned AT&T territory in or near the area. Our Nevada recruiting area is Reno/Carson City/Dayton, with the actual sales assignment in Dayton.

Develop Your Skills With Support

Training combines online learning with in-person, one-on-one instruction from the Owner. Confirm the current training schedule and meeting location with Steve Smith, then practice customer conversations, service explanations and sales presentations.

Carbon Fiber Wireless LLC is owned by Steve Smith, JD. Steve is the son of two prominent physicians and practiced as a Trial Attorney for seven years. His background includes nine years in the residential solar sales industry and helping thousands of customers go solar.

His unique life experience brings a high level of ethics, honesty, integrity, value, experience, and knowledge to the business.

We provide our sales consultants with hands‑on training and ongoing support. Our goal is to give every consultant the tools they need to achieve financial and personal success.

Online And In-Person Owner Training

Learn online and in person with the Owner. Practice speaking with customers, explaining services and conducting sales presentations. Managers remain available for support and training.

These independent‑contractor sales roles are 100% commission, with no base pay . Annual earning potential: $100,000–$300,000. CFW provides no routine expense reimbursement or insurance benefits; agreed blitz/travel support varies. Monthly performance bonuses apply to phone and fiber sales.
