About the Role:

Join ComForCare Home Health Care - Monmouth as a Caregiver and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients in Freehold, NJ. We are passionate about providing compassionate care and support to those in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being every day.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document client care and progress accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations to ensure client well-being.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving preferred.
• Previous experience in home health care or caregiving is a plus.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
