Accept customer payments and process accurately. Complete opening, shift, and closing duties. Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner. Suggestively upsell alcoholic or food items when appropriate. Follow sanitation and safety policies. Maintain server stations and table maintenance. Assume fill‑in duties as needed. Report safety issues promptly. Maintain valid state and local food and alcohol certifications. Adhere to all policies. Advise management of non‑routine situations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Motivated and high energy. Customer focus and desire to serve. Organized and able to work under pressure. Can follow written and verbal instructions. Calm and friendly demeanor. Knowledge of menu items and beverages. Respectful of customers, managers, teammates, and vendors. Can recognize signs of intoxication and handle per standards. Maintain required certifications. Available for various openings, swings, closes, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements Lift/carry up to 25 lb. Walk, stand, stoop, reach constantly. Manual dexterity.
