Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service and create positive customer experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
Build positive customer relationships through excellent service.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
