You'll play a key role in developing and commercializing new healthcare solutions, partnering across sales, operations, marketing, finance, and leadership to drive innovation, customer value, and business growth. The role offers broad organizational visibility, meaningful strategic impact, and the opportunity to influence initiatives from concept through market adoption. What You Will Do in This Role? Define and execute winning strategies for healthcare service solution offerings. Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned solution areas and service offerings. Create, manage, and innovate solution business models. Validate customer segmentation and market requirements. Enhance existing solutions to strengthen customer value propositions. Develop ROI analyses and business cases for solution offerings. Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, finance, legal, and other functions to design and approve new or redesigned solutions. Integrate solution offerings into sales processes and marketing channels through sales enablement and readiness programs. Partner with cross-functional teams to establish pricing strategies, customer value realization, and solution profitability. Lead beta pilots and customer validation activities for new and enhanced offerings. Research buy, build, and partner opportunities and support operational deployment planning. Monitor solution performance and recommend innovations, enhancements, or lifecycle changes. Analyze competitive market dynamics and industry trends to support solution positioning. Partner with downstream marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. Educate and train sales and operations teams on the features, benefits, and value of solution offerings. Participate in mergers and acquisitions due diligence activities. Travel approximately 25-40% as business needs require. What You Will Need for This Role? Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in solution management, product management, service marketing, or strategic solution development within the healthcare industry. Demonstrated experience bringing customer-centric solutions from concept through commercialization. Experience building and managing service products and solution offerings. Strong understanding of healthcare markets, medical products, and service solutions. Experience developing market requirements, business cases, and customer value propositions. Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. Experience engaging healthcare leaders and facilitating customer requirement discussions. Strong business acumen with experience evaluating ROI and customer value. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred: Experience in Clinical Engineering, Medical Equipment Rental, Patient Handling, Asset Management, or Laser Services. Experience developing solution strategies for healthcare service organizations. Experience supporting go-to-market planning, pricing strategy, and commercialization efforts. Background working with healthcare manufacturers, service providers, or healthcare technology organizations. Experience leading strategic initiatives in highly matrixed organizations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
