Operations Specialist (Level I)

Job Title: Operations Specialist (Level I) Job Location: Dallas, TX, 75207 Job Duration: 12 Months Job Summary: This role focuses primarily on reconciliation and basic accounting activities, with occasional physical requirements such as lifting and extended periods of standing. The position is fully onsite and operates on a Monday Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM (7-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch). The successful candidate(s) will work under the supervision of a Manager or Lead and is expected to consistently meet established productivity, quality, attendance, and punctuality standards Key Responsibilities: Receive, review, and validate incoming work packages from Financial Centers and ATM channels delivered daily via UPS Perform basic accounting functions, including general ledger balancing and reconciliation Conduct timely research and resolution of transaction exceptions and internal inquiries Ensure accuracy and adherence to strict processing deadlines. Required Skills: Proficient in 10-key entry with basic accounting and balancing skills Basic computer proficiency Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Effective written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Physical & Work Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Ability to stand for 2 5 hours per day Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed to support operational demands, including occasional extended hours #J-18808-Ljbffr Amicis Global
