Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
• Shift: Mon-Fri 8 hour days. Would consider 4-10's or Weekend coverage
• Length of assignment: 12 weeks
• Productivity requirement of 75%+
