Join Our Team As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing direct care and support to individuals receiving mental health and substance abuse treatment. Assist in the implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of licensed professionals. Crisis Intervention:Respond to crisis situations by implementing appropriate interventions and de-escalation techniques. Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure a safe and supportive environment. Documentation:Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, progress, and treatment interventions. Communicate effectively with the treatment team regarding patient needs and progress. Client Advocacy:Advocate for the rights and well-being of individuals receiving treatment. Collaborate with individuals to develop and achieve personal goals. Collaborative Teamwork:Work collaboratively with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
