Location: Plano,TX (Day 1 Onsite) Exp:10+ Yrs NOC Work Schedules Shift can be Either Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat. 10-hour/ day vs. 8 for 4 days instead of 5. Shift timing - 6am to 4pm / 12pm to 10pm Roaster will be assigned on monthly basis.

JD: Skills, Experience and Requirements:

• BS or MS in Engineering or technical degree or an equivalent combination of highly related experience and education.
• A passion for working on new technologies in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization through conventional methods (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with technical and non-technical teams
• Extensive understanding in 5G ORAN / vRAN split functions (7-2x, RU, DU, CU, CP, UP...)
• Extensive understanding and experience in RAN/vRAN software architectures in a virtualized environment.
• Extensive understanding of RF Radio operations over eCPRI interfaces. Includes CSR, DU and timing configurations.
• Extensive understanding of software systems/services running virtualized ORAN functions.
• Understanding of latency considerations and issues from gNB to Data Center locations.
• Understanding and experience with virtualized networks, orchestration, and automation across a large network architecture.
• Thorough understanding of vRAN/ORAN architecture described in 3GPP standards (Rel 15 & 16).
• RF Design, Optimization and performance improvement experience is a plus
• Deep understanding of LTE, VoLTE, 5G VoNR L2/L3 call flows with ability to understand and analyze traces (PCAP, GNB traces)
• Qualification:
• BS or MS in Engineering or technical degree or an equivalent combination of highly related experience and education.
• 8+ years of experience in the wireless industry
• Must be self-motivated, able to manage simultaneous events efficiently

Transport Engineer+Cisco Background(Telecom)

Role: Transport Engineer+Cisco Background(Telecom) *Should have routing & switching Exp+ 5G Exp Professional networking certifications is must - CCNA/CCNP/CCIE or equivalent Exp:10+ Yrs Location: Plano,TX(Day1 Onsite) NOC Work Schedules Shift can be Either Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat. 10-hour/ day vs. 8 for 4 days instead of 5. Shift timing - 6am to 4pm / 12pm to 10pm Roaster will be assigned on monthly basis.

JD: Provide 24x7x365 monitoring of all associated Transport, Fiber, 800 Mhz radio, FAA Tower Lighting, Voice/Video Systems, Wireless and LAN/WAN assets. Coordinates communication and restoration of Telecommunication service through the standard on-call process and support of outages. Provides Tier1 and Tier 2 support for all Telecommunication resolutions including managing all ticket creation and escalation with leased line telecommunication carriers through to resolution. Provides support in reviewing all Changes and submitting associated formal requests with the business units' systems for outages. Provide ServiceNow reporting and Change Control support for all internal Teams. Responsible for monitoring, and resolution of system alerts for Transport, LAN/WAN, Site Environments, Tower Lighting, Fiber, Voice Systems, and Telecommunication Leased Lines. Work as a single point of contact for support and participate in joint resolution for 3rd party Leased dark fiber customers including rural broadband providing trouble support, outage Communication/coordination and dispatching for any service issues. Monitor in scope telecom devices and review all changes while managing communication to business units/dark fiber customers, and escalations /dispatches to other internal teams. Troubleshoot and resolve the networks using the approved NERC-CIP access protocols to gear at sensitive sites. Document and update training material found in Knowledge Base articles in ServiceNow and on the team's web site. Attend Production Review and Change Advisory Board (CAB) meeting (Daily) Support sustainability of security control framework and audit management processes

Requirements 10-15 years of Wireless Network experience Must have a strong understanding of wireless network architecture, infrastructure components, Ethernet, fiber optic transport and data traffic engineering Ability to write technical specifications for Dark and Ethernet fiber requirements for procurement Experience with pathing, hot cuts, trunking, and migrations. Ability to manage multiple commitments simultaneously Ability to plan for work during network maintenance windows and the willingness to perform night work Proven ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately Ability to delivery in fast-paced high volume environment supporting aggressive targets Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of experience and education

Job Duties and Responsibilities: As part of the Client Operation Team, this Engineer will join the team of passionate engineers with start-up spirit to debug Client's standalone 5G network. This team focuses on the Troubleshooting of our 5G packet core powered by Nokia and Oracle. This team is working in a live production environment, utilizing CI/CD operations in order to test, debug, and deploy solutions live. This position will contribute to ongoing process improvement reviews, identifying areas for automation and overall efficiency improvements to help increase service up-time and overall customer experience.

Day-to-day job responsibilities:

• Deploy and support core network functions across a cutting edge cloud native standalone 5G network.
• Engage with vendor personnel at Nokia and Oracle to set up new services and features as well as upgrades.
• Participate in the investigation of innovative 5G technologies to improve the network virtualization infrastructure.

Responsibilities: As an Adv. Ops PaaS Engineer, you will be validating and defining the best cloud solution architecture for Client 5G ORAN Network. The position will be central in bringing a solution design through the development phase into a mature product ready for commercial deployment. The Telco Cloud Solution Expert will interact closely with Client key partners as well as Technology, Engineering, Operations and RF Teams.

• Track industry best practices and evolution of open source-based cloud native containerization and open-stack based virtualization platforms.
• Identify and define best practices for virtualized and cloud native RAN/CORE applications for mobile networks.
• Identify and define best practices for stateless, micro-services-based application architecture, protocols and security requirements.
