Your Mission (The Role) As our Community Relations Coordinator, you are connecting families with a vibrant new lifestyle. You will be the key ambassador driving our outreach efforts, building lasting partnerships, and guiding prospective residents through the journey of finding their new home. What You’ll Do (Your Superpowers) Be the Ambassador: represent Westbrook at community events, health fairs, and networking functions with infectious enthusiasm. Build Relationships: actively develop referral partnerships with physicians, hospital planners, and local organizations. Drive Engagement: plan and host engaging community events that attract prospects and enhance our reputation. Guide Families: conduct tours, manage leads, and provide exceptional customer service to prospects and families from inquiry to move‑in. Close with Care: build trust and confidence, helping families make the best decision for their loved ones. What You Bring to the Table High Energy & Charisma: you are a natural connector who loves meeting new people. Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, or community relations – senior living/assisted care experience is a massive plus!
