Senior Transportation Engineer - Aviation

Senior Transportation Engineer / Project Manager Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC (ICE) is always looking for professionals who want to work in a team-oriented environment with dynamic people. Remote Status: Hybrid Locations: Tampa, FL; Orlando, FL; Southeast U.S. Position Responsibilities Design runways, taxiways, aprons and other airfield projects using FAA Advisory Circulars Design landside facilities such as roads, parking, and utilities Supervise designers and CADD technicians Perform and/or lead civil design using knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D Work with other engineering disciplines and professionals in the coordination of the project under the direction of the Aviation Service Director Manage construction projects as the owner’s representative Obtain permits from local municipalities and statewide agencies Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 4 years of aviation design experience and detailed knowledge of FAA standards (preferred) Senior positions available for candidates with 10+ years of relevant experience Proficiency in design programs such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, Microsoft Excel (preferred) Ability to efficiently complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision and focus on client service Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Willingness and ability to learn new job skills Benefits Competitive salaries and among the industry’s best pay and benefits Professional development and clear paths for career growth Collaborative, supportive team of skilled professionals Opportunities to work on impactful infrastructure/aviation projects that shape and connect communities Ability to play a vital role in shaping the future of this organization ICE is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
