Students six months from graduating from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Communicate effectively by documenting, handing off information, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Provide education and training on respiratory therapy treatments and procedures to patients, families, students, new employees, and other healthcare team members, using diverse learning styles. Demonstrate accountability, pursue continuous learning and feedback, and manage multiple related duties with strong time management. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures according to established standards, procedures, guidelines, and policies; assess, analyze, and troubleshoot as needed. Demonstrate advanced clinical and critical care skills to support responsibilities such as ECMO, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopy, sleep lab, obstetric and cardiopulmonary care, and related areas as needed, including Basic Life Support (BLS).
