Full-Time: $30–35/hour PRN: $35–38/hour

Vertical Health Services is hiring Physical Therapy Assistants to join our in-house therapy team in St. Charles, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri offering one consistent location, supportive leadership, and reasonable productivity expectations.

What You'll Do

• Assist in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
• Work under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist to support patient mobility and functional goals
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
• Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
• Use current equipment and modalities

What You'll Need

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
