Registered Nurse - Trauma & Burn ICU
Location: Plano, TX
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Trauma and Burn ICU team. This unit specializes in critical care and is equipped with advanced medical technology to provide high-level patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to ICU patients with trauma and burn injuries.
- Perform wound care, manage codes, EVDs, and MTP procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and families.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Must have Trauma, Burn, and Surgical ICU experience.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Communication and critical thinking skills are essential.
- Preferred: BSN, CCRN certification.
