To get there, we're looking for a driven Production Leader who takes pride in ownership, thrives on accountability, and leads Construction Leaders to win.

Our Production Leaders drive production across every site in their market . They train and develop Construction Leaders, hold trade partners to Brown Haven standards, and keep every home moving toward on-time, on-budget, defect-free delivery, all while protecting the customer experience that sets Brown Haven apart.

• You're Gritty. Labor shortages, budget pressure, and curveballs across multiple sites are part of the job. You roll with it, solve problems fast, and keep production moving.
• You Bring the Right Energy. You set the tone for every Construction Leader on your team: steady, respectful, and no drama. Your leaders want to be led by you.
• You Act Now. You don't walk past a problem site or a stalled schedule. If something's off, you handle it immediately before it becomes a bigger one.
• You Sweat the Details. You know quality lives in the small stuff: clean checklists, accurate job tracking, tight safety compliance, and QC that actually gets done.
• You Care More. You train every Construction Leader and hold every job site like it's your own, because at the end of the day, your name and reputation are on it.

Playbook for Success: 

• Ensure all homes are built start to finish in under 200 days .
• Ensure all homes stay within 2% variance from construction budget.
• Maintain a 90%+ customer rating score.
• Complete one QC checklist per week.
• Train and develop Construction Leaders as your #1 priority.
• Recruit and train trade partners to Brown Haven standards.
• Stay sharp on labor pricing and how it affects COGS.
• Ensure 100% of home certifications and orientations are completed.
• Review and approve all EPOs (Estimating Purchase Orders) within 3 business days.
• Ensure construction checklists are used 100% of the time.
• Conduct site evaluations across your market.
• Ensure all warranty items are completed within a 30-day timeframe.
• Inspect job sites for safety issues and lead monthly local office safety meetings. 

Your Competitive Edge:

• 2+ years of proven experience in residential construction project management. 
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.  
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities . 
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance . 
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. 
• Familiar with job tracking, auditing , and quality control processes . 
• Tech-willing . Ability to learn construction software and use it daily.
• Physically capable . Able to lift 80+ lbs and handle job site demands.

Travel Requirements :

• Able to travel to job sites within a one-hour radius of the local Sales & Design Studio. 
• Willing to travel for training as needed.
