Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Chicago, IL

This part-time contract opportunity allows you to deliver impactful interventions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teamswhile enjoying a flexible, three-day-per-week schedule. August interviews are open to candidates interested in both onsite and virtual/voco SLP roles. Qualifications & Desired Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Valid SLP license for the state of Illinois (or eligibility to obtain) Holds or is eligible for ASHA CCCs; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply Experience working within school settings preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Comfortable applying evidence-based practices for a diverse student population Technologically adept for virtual (voco) therapy, if interested Key Responsibilities: Evaluate students using appropriate speech and language assessment tools Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with district and state guidelines Deliver engaging, goal-focused therapy to address speech, language, and communication needs Work closely with teachers, psychologists, and parents to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and professional development, supporting best practices in speech pathology This role provides the unique opportunity to meaningfully impact student learning and communication skillswhether onsite or remotely.
