Atrium Home Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing home health team. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide quality rehabilitation services to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments as outlined in the patient's Plan of Care.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Document visits accurately and timely in the electronic medical record.
• Communicate patient progress and concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team.
• Comply with Medicare, state, and agency regulations.

Qualifications

• Current California PTA license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
