Travel Nurse Opportunity – Labor & Delivery RN (Rockford, Illinois, USA)
Facility: Swedish American Hospital
Specialty: Labor & Delivery (L&D)
We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in a high-volume OB setting.
Assignment Details
• Start/End: 05/25/2026 – 08/22/2026
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Schedule: Every other weekend + holidays
• Guaranteed Hours: 36/week
• OT: After 24 hrs daily / after 40 hrs weekly (multiplier-based)
• Call: Not required
Unit Overview
• ~230 deliveries/month
• 14 Labor rooms
• 3 Triage/OB observation rooms
• 2 ORs + 3 PACU beds
• 4-bed OBED unit
Required Experience
• Minimum 2 years L&D experience (mid–large hospital setting)
• Active Illinois RN License required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP (required)
Pay Rate: $60–$70/hour
