Responsibilities Interact with auditors, customers, suppliers and internal departments to assist in resolving daily issues, including setting steps to prevent recurrence. Enter, maintain, track, and gather data for objective evidence for NCRs to resolve and/or assist with responses to customer requests, NCRs, and reports. Enter, maintain, track, and gather data for objective evidence for Company Improvement to resolve and/or assist with responses to customer requests, NCRs, and reports. Enter, maintain, track, and gather data for objective evidence for Training to resolve and/or assist with responses to customer requests, NCRs, and reports. Monitor the creation and maintenance of Controlled Technique Sheets & Frozen Planning. Create and maintain documents. File and/or data entry to assist Lab, Calibration, Controlled Certification of Materials, Customer Interaction, Customer Surveys. Monitor Customer Approvals database. Provide backup functions for Calibration, Controlled Purchasing, and Quality Manager. Perform spec review / gap analysis, create and maintain procedures, forms, and systems applicable to the process. Train and assist inspectors. Prepare for audits. Provide training on new work instructions, procedures, and systems. Review non-compliance parts and issues and perform root cause corrective action process. Be a multitasked individual capable of ascertaining root cause through investigation. All actions must be customer-oriented – external as well as internal. Pay Rate 20.00-25.00 per Hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Valence Surface Technologies
