Southern Health Partners is looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Rabun County Jail. This consistent Sunday-only position is perfect for nurses looking to supplement their income, reduce their schedule, transition toward retirement, or maintain flexibility while continuing to make a real difference.
Spend one day each week providing quality patient care in a structured, supportive environment where your nursing skills are valued and your work has a lasting impact.
What You'll Do
As part of our healthcare team, you will:
- Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments
- Conduct sick call and evaluate patient concerns
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to providers
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
- Collaborate with correctional staff and healthcare teammates to provide safe, quality care

Qualifications
Required Active Georgia LPN license Current CPR certification Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently while providing compassionate patient care
