• Conduct student evaluations to determine therapy needs

• Provide therapy services according to individualized plans of care

• Uphold professional standards of practice

?? Minimum Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• 1 year of experience preferred (not required)

• CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray)

• Current health certificate (as required)

• Must meet all regulatory requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
