What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality neonatal intensive care at a Level III NICU (26 beds) and Level II NICU (6 beds)
• Utilize advanced neonatal technologies including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists such as pediatric surgeons, maternal-fetal medicine, and OB hospitalists
• Lead or participate in teaching and quality improvement initiatives
• Work closely with nursing and ancillary staff to deliver exceptional patient care
• Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment in a modern facility
• Engage in flexible scheduling designed to promote work/life balance

What You Need:

• Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
• Active medical license in Nevada (or eligible for licensure)
• Minimum of 1+ years of Neonatology experience preferred
• Strong teamwork skills and commitment to quality patient care
