Roofing & Exterior Contracting Team Member
A well-established roofing and exterior contracting firm is seeking a motivated, dependable, and physically capable team member with a strong ambition for growth and professional development.
The properly qualified candidate will have a valid driver’s license and the necessary experience and confidence to safely operate a company-provided F-450 work truck . Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and have a genuine desire to learn all aspects of roofing and exterior contracting.
Basic Spanish communication skills are a plus, but not required .
Training & Development
This team member will be paired with an experienced tradesman who will provide hands-on training, instruction, and guidance while working alongside the new team member in a professional environment.
Tools will be provided.
No one is expected to know everything on day one. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, work hard, take direction, and develop their skills into a long-term career.
What We're Looking For
Reliability, accountability, and communication are extremely important to our team. Consistent attendance is required, and unexcused or repeated absences will not be tolerated.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be dependable and arrive ready to work
- Be physically capable of performing demanding outdoor work
- Have a valid driver's license and be comfortable operating an F-450
- Be willing to learn roofing and exterior construction trades
- Follow instructions and established safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members
- Take pride in their work and demonstrate a positive attitude
- Have the ambition to grow within the company
Schedule
Typical working hours are approximately 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday , although hours may vary depending on the project.
Candidates must have reasonable flexibility to work outside normal hours when necessary and when provided appropriate notice.
Compensation & Opportunity
Pay is based on experience , with additional benefits potentially available.
