Accounting Services Supervisor

Responsibilities: Client support and training for QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop; includes (but not limited to)accountsreceivable,accountspayable,billing,payroll set-up and processing,bankand credit card reconciliations, class trackingandjournal entrieswithin QuickBooks Supervise CAAS staff Review assigned accounts maintained by CAAS staff Reviewpayroll tax returns, sales tax returns, and tangiblepersonal propertyreports Assisttax staff with trial balance clean-up work when time permits Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced,deadline-driven environment What you Need to Succeed: Expert in QuickBooksDesktop and QuickBooksOnline General ledger experience and significant accounting knowledge Familiar with financial statements in QuickBooks and running reports Strong attention to detail and ability tomaintainaccuraterecords Excellent organizational and multitasking skillswhile being able to prioritize, work efficiently, and meet time budgets Strongverbal and written communication skills Desire to takeinitiative and problem-solve Public accounting and/or previous CAAS experience a plus Ability to pass CAAS assessment Why Us: NBZ has been awarded “Top Workplaces” in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 based on employee surveys and ranked highest among accounting firms our size in Knoxville.
