About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, self-managed Leasing Agent to handle inbound leads, coordinate showings, and convert prospects into signed leases. This is a fully remote, commission-based role designed for someone who thrives on performance and flexibility.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to rental inquiries (calls, texts, emails, and online leads)
• Pre-screen prospective tenants
• Schedule and coordinate property showings (virtual and/or in-person as needed)
• Guide applicants through the leasing process
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into signed leases
• Track and manage your pipeline of prospects

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Sales-minded with a focus on closing deals
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Prior leasing, real estate, or sales experience preferred
