Nurse Educator

Role: Nurse Educator and Program Manager responsible for designing, leading, and delivering nursing licensure test-preparation programs, including NCLEX and allied health certification courses. Key Responsibilities Implement and develop comprehensive NCLEX test-prep curricula aligned with current standards. Develop preparatory courses for various licensure and certification exams. Prepare lesson plans, practice questions, case studies, simulations, and assessment tools. Deliver engaging classroom, workshop, review sessions, and virtual instruction. Administer, review, and analyze practice exams; provide individualized remediation. Mentor students on test strategies, critical thinking, and stress management. Collaborate with clinical partners and academic teams; track student progress and outcomes. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities for program support and transition opportunities. Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and contribute to instructor recruitment and training. Collect and analyze program data to improve outcomes and prepare reports. Qualifications Active, unrestricted RN license (CA preferred). Minimum 1 year clinical experience in long-term care. Proven teaching or tutoring experience in nursing or allied health. Strong knowledge of NCLEX test blueprints, question formats, and strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and technology skills. Commitment to student-centered, culturally responsive education. Preferred Skills Master's degree in Nursing, Education, or related field. Experience developing curricula and leading test-prep programs. Established relationships with healthcare facilities and hiring managers. Data-driven instruction and program evaluation experience.
