Maintenance Supervisor

Brookside is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multifamily apartment community in the Nashville market. This is a hands-on leadership position for a skilled maintenance professional with strong HVAC experience, EPA certification, and apartment maintenance supervisory experience.

What You'll Do

Lead and oversee all onsite maintenance operations
Supervise and support the maintenance team
Prioritize and complete resident service requests and maintenance repairs
Coordinate apartment turns and make-readies to support occupancy goals
Perform and oversee preventative maintenance, inspections, and property upkeep
Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and other building systems
Coordinate and manage outside contractors and vendors
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained property
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations
Participate in an emergency on-call rotation as needed

What We're Looking For

2+ years of apartment/multifamily maintenance supervisory experience required
EPA Certification required
Strong hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general property maintenance
Proven ability to lead a maintenance team and prioritize multiple projects
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
