As a Surgical RN in the Operating Room, you will provide direct patient care across all age groups, ensuring a safe and efficient surgical environment. Your role includes preparing patients for surgery, assisting with procedures, and maintaining surgical equipment. You will collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia providers, advocate for patients' needs, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. This position requires strong assessment skills and the ability to respond to patient needs effectively.
