Clinical Nurse Oncology Solid Tumors

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a 32-bed oncology unit, serving patients with moderate to high acuity, including those undergoing Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and oncology treatments. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development activities. Develop and communicate comprehensive care plans, considering physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs. Maintain a safe environment, following safety-sensitive protocols at all times. Qualifications And Skills Minimum education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; BSN preferred. Licensure: Valid RN license. Experience: No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
