Customer Relations Associate – Full Time

Great Lakes Outreach Wisconsin is hiring a full-time C ustomer Relations Associate to join our team in the Milwaukee area.

If you’re friendly, confident, and enjoy working with people, this is an opportunity to put those skills to work in a customer-facing environment while representing nonprofit campaigns in the local community.

You’ll spend your day speaking directly with customers, answering questions, creating positive interactions, and helping the organizations we represent connect with more people.

Your Role

As a Customer Relations Associate, you’ll be responsible for:

• Engaging with customers face-to-face at retail and promotional locations 
• Introducing nonprofit campaigns and explaining their work 
• Answering questions clearly and professionally 
• Building rapport with different people throughout the day 
• Helping interested customers learn how they can support current campaigns 
• Providing a friendly and positive customer experience 
• Working alongside the team toward daily campaign goals

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to come from one specific background. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, promotions, or another people-facing role can be helpful.

Position Details

This is a full-time, in-person position in the Milwaukee area. The role involves direct customer interaction at retail and promotional locations and is not a remote or call-center position.
