RN Operating Room II

West Valley Medical Center in Caldwell, ID is seeking an experienced RN for our Operating Room team. The RN Operating Room provides circulating and scrub nurse functions for a variety of surgical procedures, ensuring safe, evidence-based perioperative care. Responsibilities include pre-op assessment, patient advocacy, instrumentation and sterile field management, intra-op documentation, medication administration, and post-op handoff. The RN collaborates with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and techs, supports quality and safety initiatives, and participates in ongoing education to advance skills in a collaborative, patient-first environment.
