Account Executive (June 2026 Start Class)

Responsibilities As an Account Executive, you will work with pre-screened, inbound leads developed by thecompany. There is no cold-calling or lead generation required. Your job is to manage leads byproviding consultation to help clients meet their retirement goals. You will be trained to presentmortgage opportunities over the phone, educating the customer on the product and process, andwill work with the customer throughout the loan process from start to finish Participate in our extensive training program to learn how to interview applicants andadvise customers on product, pricing, and process via phone call Manage leads by phone, email, text, and CRM Interview applicants to analyze financial and credit data, determine financing objectives,and advise customer on product, pricing, and process Collect and analyze client’s financial information and credit worthiness Communicate with clients to provide or request information and requireddocumentation Follow loan from application to closing, ensuring continued communication with thecustomer throughout the process Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending complianceguidelines Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred Coachable; Ability to retain and apply skills learned through frequent sales trainings Goal oriented; Motivated and driven by sales and uncapped earning potential Detail oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple priorities Demonstrates patience and professionalism when interacting with customers Strong verbal and written communication skills.
