Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Qualifications Sales experience preferred but not required Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Ability to effectively relate to a customer Self-motivated Detail oriented Property & Casualty license (Must be able to obtain) Life & Health license (Must be able to obtain) Compensation $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
