Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients with a focus on acute care rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Document patient assessments and interventions using Epic charting system.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to cover fluctuating weekend shifts as required.
- Float between units and collaborate with different departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Physical Therapy license is required or in progress.
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
- Proven ability to handle fluctuating weekend schedules and block scheduling.
- Reliable transportation is required for travel assignments.
