Our team ensures patients receive the high-quality, personalized care they need to overcome mental health, complex physical conditions and behavioral challenges. We offer a range of settings including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, and outpatient counseling and therapies.

Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients as a Housekeeper at Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri - Saint Robert.  In this role, the Housekeeper will assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for adolescents facing behavioral challenges and medically complex physical conditions.   

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of patient rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and facilities to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Follow established protocols for cleaning and disinfecting equipment and furnishings, adhering to infection control standards and hospital policies.
• Ensure all supplies and materials are stocked and available to meet the needs of patients and staff.
• Collaborate with nursing and healthcare staff to respond promptly to cleaning requests and maintain a safe, comfortable environment for patients.
• Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Missouri Driver's License
• At least twenty-one (21) years of age
• Experience in a mental health setting (preferably with adolescents), and knowledge of child/adolescent growth and development, and the ability to relate to adolescents with substance abuse or mental health problems is preferred.
