Physical Therapist - Full Time

Position Overview: Provides physical therapy evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and implements evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, communicates professionally, supervises support staff, and manages administrative tasks such as documentation and billing. Works across multiple settings, including outpatient, inpatient, home health, and skilled nursing facilities, serving a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and provide therapy services. Educate patients and caregivers, coordinate discharge planning, and ensure comprehensive documentation. Collaborate with healthcare team members and referring physicians to optimize care. Maintain professionalism, adhere to organizational policies, and uphold ethical standards. Possibly serve as a clinical instructor or participate in departmental committees. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Current licensure in the practicing state. Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to various clinical settings and patient needs.
