• $0.63 REEFER

• Consistent, predictable pay

TEAM PLAN (Stronger together, higher earnings)

• Base: $0.71 RPM

• + $0.20 per mile BONUS after 17,000+ miles (paid monthly)

• Up to $0.91 RPM

PERCENTAGE PAY PLAN (Earn off every load)

• 30% of revenue
