TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Odessa, TX 77396
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathe machines safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret work instructions, specifications, and drawings.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating CNC lathe machines required.
- Experience with Mazak CNC machines preferred.
- Experience working with drill pipe preferred.
- Knowledge of rotary shoulder connections is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Candidates must be available to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
