Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Processor for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Millville, NJ. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in data entry, administrative support, clerical work, mailroom operations, records management, or document imaging.

As a Document Processor, you will work in a structured, production-based office environment focused on document scanning, records organization, and accurate data processing. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys routine, process-driven work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to build a long-term career in an office services or financial services support environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Sort, prepare, and organize documents for scanning and electronic processing.
- Operate document scanning equipment and review scanned images for quality and accuracy.
- Index, label, and organize electronic files according to established procedures.
- Perform accurate data entry while meeting production and quality expectations.
- Maintain production logs, records, and documentation as required.
- Assist with additional clerical, records management, or operational tasks as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Millville, NJ.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- 1st Shift: Standard hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- 1st Shift Flexibility: 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM start times may be considered for strong candidates.
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
- Priority hiring needs are available for 2nd shift.
