Senior Project Management Analyst

Position Overview Senior Project Management Analyst / Senior Program Delivery Professional strategically identifies, develops, and implements programs that influence providers, members, or market leadership to improve quality metrics. Reports to the Manager, Stars Improvement. Responsibilities Develop programs designed to drive value-based relationships. Partner with leaders regarding implementation planning. Review and communicate results of programs. Make recommendations based on reporting and measure performance. Support key functions with strategic and analytical thinking. Experience with a clinical setting to advance provider-first strategies, influence member interventions, and identify new opportunities. Required Qualifications Live in the Miami, FL area Bachelor's degree 3 or more years of experience in a Medicare Advantage Organization Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts), PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications Campaign management experience Registered Nurse Microsoft Access CMS Stars Program experience Knowledge and experience in health care environment/managed care Strong analytical skills Additional Information Hybrid work: work at home and at least weekly travel to office for meetings Schedule & Compensation 40 hours per week. Pay Range: $86,300 - $118,700 per year. Eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
