Travel RN - Cath Lab/EPAmerican Traveler is hiring an experienced Cath Lab RN for a 13-week acute care assignment requiring CA RN licensure and call coverage.Acute care hospital setting within the Cath Lab unitDiagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures for adult patientsPerforms left and right heart catheterizations, pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring, and procedural sedation administration/monitoringDay shift schedule, 4x10 hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PMCall requiredMust be open to working weekends, likely exceeding every other weekendMay be required to float to a sister Providence facilityUses Epic for chartingActive CA RN license required, in hand at time of submissionCurrent BLS and ACLS certification requiredMinimum 1 year of Cath Lab RN experience requiredEpic charting experience requiredSkilled in interpretation and management of dysrhythmiasExperience monitoring procedural sedationProvide direct patient care in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization proceduresMust commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)RN scrub color is royal blue; OR scrubs providedFree parking available on siteMust reside within 50 miles of the facility to be accepted at the local bill rateFormer Providence permanent staff may return as travelers after a 3 month wait if living outside a 50-mile radiusTwo supervisory references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to startFirst-time travelers may be considered
